For those of you who are smart enough to be out of town right now, you should know that monsoon season is in full swing this week. Not just the humidity, but the wind and rain too, which has cooled things off a bit . . .

In spite of the heat and humidity, Terravita continued its unusual trend of strong summer sales with 8 homes going under contract this month. When you combine that with the amazing May and June sales, you have a tremendous summer that will hopefully continue through August and become a springboard for the Fall. To give you a feel for how unusual this is, below is a chart showing the combined sales from May through July from the last few years.
