Terravita Road work is crazy!
For those of you not in town, you should know that we got some weather the last couple of nights, and today we shouldn’t even hit 100 degrees! Yee ha!
The Terravita real estate market followed up a monster sales month in May with another great month in June. 28 total sales for those months really is amazingly good. With lower inventory available, the insane road construction, and oppressive heat that will return, we shouldn’t expect another double digit sales month in July. But you never know and I hope I am wrong!
